We aim to process vouchers and issue them to the email address on file within 35 days of the qualifying 15th day being worked.
Vouchers are issued in bulk, and this process usually happens in the 2nd week of the month.
Our systems confirm when someone has completed their 15th working day only in the week following its completion. For example, if your friend finishes their 15th day in the first week of the month, confirmation won't occur until the following week. As a result, this could delay the voucher issuance to the next month's batch.
