Once your Step Teachers consultant receives a booking, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Depending on the urgency and nature of the booking, you may be contacted via SMS or phone call.
The amount of notice you’ll receive can vary. In some cases, you may be given several weeks' notice in advance, allowing you time to prepare. However, for last-minute bookings, we may contact you on the morning you are needed to cover a class, which can be from as early as 6 AM.
We aim to provide as much notice as possible, but flexibility is key as education needs can change rapidly.
