Switching on notifications for My Neo
Never miss an important update from Step Teachers. By enabling notifications, My Neo can send you a browser notification whenever a new message arrives.
Turn on notifications

Log in to My Neo.

Open the Message Centre.

Select Enable Message Notifications.

When prompted by your browser or device, select Allow Notifications.
Once enabled, you'll receive a notification whenever a new message is sent to My Neo.
The steps for enabling notifications may vary depending on your device and browser. If you don't see a notification prompt, check your browser or device notification settings and ensure notifications are allowed for My Neo.
Still not receiving notifications?
If notifications are enabled but you're not receiving alerts:- Check that notifications are allowed in your browser settings.
- Ensure notifications are enabled on your device.
- Confirm that Focus Mode, Do Not Disturb, or similar settings are not blocking notifications.
- Refresh the page and try enabling notifications again.
