We would like to reassure you that Step Perks is not closing down. Only the current discounts and cashback service provided by Reward Gateway (Benefits Platform) will be ending.
As part of your Step Perks membership, you have been able to access a range of discounts, vouchers, and cashback offers through Reward Gateway. This service will close on 12 September 2026.
Check for Outstanding Cashback
We recommend logging in to your Step Perks account as soon as possible to check whether you have any cashback available to withdraw before the service closes.

How to access your cashback

Log in to Step Perks.

Select Money.
-
Click Discounts.

Select Reward Gateway.
You will then be able to view and withdraw any available cashback from your account.
Any cashback must be withdrawn before 12 September 2026, after which the Reward Gateway platform will no longer be available.
Discounts Are Still Available
Although Reward Gateway is closing, you can continue to enjoy a range of discounts and voucher offers through Base Benefits by My Staff Shop, our replacement discounts provider.
To access these offers, simply visit the Discounts section within your Step Perks account.
