Yes, all Teachers and Support Staff carry an original copy of their Enhanced Disclosure.

All teachers and support staff placed in schools by Step Teachers undergo Enhanced Child Workforce Disclosure checks. Additionally, all staff are thoroughly vetted in accordance with Department for Education (DfE) guidelines, ensuring that they are not only suitable to work with children but also legally allowed to work in schools. Schools receive confirmation of these checks via our Candidate Vetting Checklist, which is emailed before the staff member arrives at the school.
