Why Don’t I Receive a Receipt When Paying for My DBS via BACS?
When you opt to pay for your DBS via bank transfer, you will not get an acknowledgement that a payment has been made.
If you choose to pay for your DBS check by bank transfer (BACS) and would like a confirmation of payment, please request this from your resource/compliance consultant.
Acknowledgement will be provided via email or text message.
Please note that we are unable to issue an official receipt for BACS payments. However, you can use your online banking app to generate a PDF or screenshot as proof of payment.
