Providing a photo for your ID badge

As part of your registration, you will need to upload a photo for your ID badge. This photo will also be shared with schools before your arrival, so it must be clear, professional and easy to identify.

Please ensure your photo meets the following requirements:

  1. Use a passport style photo

    1. Look directly at the camera with your full face clearly visible. A natural smile is welcome.

  2. Choose a plain, neutral background

    1. Take your photo against a plain, neutral background with minimal distractions. Avoid holiday, group or casual social photos.

  3. Do not use filters or heavy editing

    1. Schools need to be able to recognise you as you appear in person.

  4. Upload the original, uncropped image

    1. We will crop and resize the photo to fit the ID badge template.

  5. Include your full face and shoulders

    1. Make sure your full face is unobstructed and centred in the frame.

  6. Face the camera directly

    1. Avoid angled shots, side profiles, or photos taken from above or below.

If your photo does not meet these requirements, we may ask you to provide a replacement before your registration can be completed.
