How to request a posted statement from Monzo
You can request a signed and stamped statement from Monzo to be sent to your home address through the Monzo app.
To request a posted statement from Monzo, first click on the help icon in the bottom right of the app. Type in “getting a bank statement” and select it. Then follow the prompts.
When the app asks for a date range, you can select the previous 30 days. Please ensure you select that you need it signed and stamped
This guide is intended for Monzo bank customers who are registering with Step Teachers and need to provide proof of address during registration. Please note that Step Teachers cannot update your Monzo account details or assist with address changes.
