Many universities partner with Gradintelligence, a platform that provides a digital Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR), which can be downloaded or shared with employers.
If you have recently completed your degree-level studies, and received your results, but have not yet graduated or obtained your degree certificate, you can use a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) as proof of your qualifications.
Your Higher Education Achievement Report is not a replacement for your degree. Step Teachers can use HEAR as a temporary measure while waiting for your degree.
What is a HEAR?
A HEAR details:
- Your qualification and overall result.
- A breakdown of the modules completed each year, including individual results.
- Verified additional activities, awards, or prizes (if applicable).
If you are applying to Step Teachers, you can use your HEAR as proof of qualifications while waiting for your degree certificate.
Accessing Your HEAR
To access your HEAR:
- Log in or create an account on Gradintelligence.
- View your report on the platform.
- Choose to:
- Download the report, or
- Share it directly via email.
For Step Teachers to accept your report, you must email your report directly to Step Teachers. You can use the name and email address of the consultant you are currently dealing with.
Setting Permissions
Gradintelligence allows you to set permissions for sharing, such as:
- Expiry date for access.
- Number of times the report can be downloaded.
- Organization name: Step Teachers Ltd.
Refer to the screenshots below for guidance on setting these permissions.
