How do I become a Step Teachers Ambassador?

Becoming a Step Teachers Ambassador is a recognition of your contribution and performance within the Step Teachers community. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
  1. Refer Successful Candidates

    1. Recommend at least 2 candidates who go on to complete 50 days of work for Step Teachers or Class Act.

  2. Achieve Employee Recognition

    1. Be awarded Teacher of the Month or Support Staff of the Month.

  3. Receive Manager Nomination

    1. Receive a special nomination from a Branch Manager. Each of our Branch Managers is granted just one exclusive ‘Golden Nomination’ per academic year to recognise truly outstanding performance.
